Thank you for choosing White Dahlia. We strive to provide you with a smooth, safe, and dependable chauffeur experience. These Terms & Conditions outline how our service works in simple language. By booking with us, you agree to the points below.
1. Booking Your Ride
You can book a reservation with us online or by phone.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.
Please verify your pickup time, location, and passenger details when making a reservation.
2. Payments & Pricing
Prices are provided to you at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or if the vehicle requires special cleaning.
Payment is typically collected at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be penalized.
All cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a penalty of 50% of the reservation value.
All cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
4. Passenger Comfort & Safety
Always remember to wear your seatbelt.
Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is not permitted.
Please treat the Chauffeur and vehicle with respect.
Any damage caused by passengers may lead to cleaning or repair charges.
The vehicle cannot be loaded beyond its seating capacity.
The driver has the right to cancel the service without a refund if there is clear misconduct on the part of the client(s).
Standing through the sunroof is illegal.
5. Waiting Time & Delays
We offer 10 minutes of complimentary waiting time at pickups (15 minutes for airport pickups).
After that, waiting time may be charged at [10 minutes/hour].
If you share your flight details, we’ll monitor your flight and update the pickup time if necessary.
6. Responsibility & Delays
We always strive to get you to your destination on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (traffic, road closures, weather, etc.).
We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or events caused by these delays.
Please make sure to check your belongings when leaving the vehicle, as we are not responsible for any lost items.
7. Privacy
Your information is kept secure and only used to deliver our service.
We never share your information with anyone else unless legally required.
Any remaining balance must be paid to the driver before the ride starts.
We may include charges, but not limited to:
- Meet and Greet Service
- Extra Stops
- Parking and Tolls
- Peak Hours / Rush Hour Fees
- Wait Time Charges
- Night Pickups
- Gratuity
